Terms of use

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Welcome to marigoldandaster.com, the website of Marigold + Aster Hair Collective (“we”, “us”). We are the business of Christina Gallant-Nisble, registered in Ontario as Marigold Aster Hair Studio. These terms also cover Sage & Citrine Wellness, the wellness studio inside our space. By using this site you agree to them.

Our content

The words, photos and logo on this site belong to Marigold + Aster Hair Collective unless we say otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

Information, not a promise

We work to keep this site accurate, but what you read here is general information. Menu prices are starting prices and do not include HST or additional product. Your artist confirms the price and the time needed at your appointment. Times shown on the menu are typical, not guaranteed.

Appointments

We are a private studio and do not accept walk-ins. A non-refundable deposit secures your appointment. If plans change, give us at least 48 hours’ notice and your deposit carries over to your new date. Your appointment is governed by what we agree with you when you book, not by this website.

Wellness services

Sage & Citrine rituals are offered for relaxation and well-being. They are not medical care and are not a substitute for advice from your doctor.

Links to other sites

This site links to outside services such as Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Marigold + Aster Hair Collective is not liable for damages that come from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
